The purpose of temperature tests is to examine the behavior of components in extreme cold and hot environments.

    • 2 × 8 L Liquid-to-Liquid Tester: Cooling: 23°C → 0°C, Heating: 23°C → 150°C


2. Climate Simulation Chambers

  • 250 L Climate Chamber (Tira): Cooling: 6.6°C/min, Heating: 11.5°C/min, -70°C – +180°C


3. Corrosion Testing Equipment

The purpose of corrosion tests is to examine the effects of salt and other corrosive factors on the surface of components.

  • 1000 L Cyclic Salt Spray and Climate Chamber (CME)

    • Cooling: +25°C

    • Heating: +70°C


4. Vibration Testing Equipment

Vibration tests assess the mechanical resistance and durability of components at various frequencies and accelerations.

  • 26.6 kN Shaker (LDS)

    • Frequency Range: 5 Hz – 3 kHz

    • Maximum Acceleration: 120 g

    • Vibration Amplitude: 25.4 mm p-p

  • 32 kN Shaker (LABTONE)

    • Frequency Range: 5 Hz – 3 kHz

    • Maximum Acceleration: 100 g

    • Vibration Amplitude: 51 mm p-p
