The project owner’s area of development activity: 7120 '08 Technical testing, analysis. The implemented investment elements enhance the efficiency of the activity being developed, which will enable the successful management of increased customer demand. The location of the project is the project owner’s own registered site, located at 3553 Kistokaj, Pesti Road 6, with an area of 4150 m². The property rights of the real estate involved in the development are in order. The project elements of the development are as follows:
